Peanut butter banana honey sandwich

This sandwich provides just the right amount of carbs, protein, and potassium. Start by spreading two tablespoons of peanut butter on two slices of whole-grain bread. Then top with sliced banana and a drizzle of honey — yum!

Fruit parfait

Load up on protein, healthy fats, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants your body craves before an intense workout. You will need one cup of Greek yogurt, along with a handful of nuts and one cup of berries. This is a sweet treat that will help you power through any workout!

Fruit smoothie 

Maybe you’re interested in blending something up that will allow you to get the most out of your workouts. If that’s the case, we’ve got a smoothie with your name on it! Simply add one scoop of chocolate whey protein, one banana, one cup of milk, one large handful of spinach, one tablespoon of peanut butter, and ice.

A classic. Depending on the specifics of your workout, you may want to opt for a half of a sandwich instead of the entire thing. Between the peanut butter and jelly sandwich and milk, you’ll have sustainable energy for several hours.

Cottage cheese

Don’t have the time to make a sandwich, parfait, or smoothie? Grab some cottage cheese out of the fridge and be on your way! You can even add fresh or canned pineapple and whole-grain crackers for a tasty, satisfying pre-workout snack.
