This program is administered by a certified nutritionist providing you with guidance every step of the way. They will show you how proper nutrition can help you achieve your fitness goals and give you better overall health.
Here are the variations in the two programs.
1 on 1 Personal Training Nutrition Program
You get access to the nutritionist on staff who will provide you with a personalized program.
During the first meeting, your current diet will be reviewed and a recommended meal plan is prepared based upon your preferences, schedule, food allergies and goals.
You will be asked to keep a food journal which will be reviewed each time you meet with the nutritionist. You will be provided with tips, motivation, and support to keep you on the right track.
Generally, meetings are held every 2 weeks, but they are always available by email.
Group Fitness Nutrition Program
With the Group classes, meetings are held once a month with a nutritionist in a group setting. Materials are given out and a new nutritional topic is discussed at every meeting and questions can be asked at the meeting.
